Last night, Jess and I were cuddling and hanging out before bed. I signed up at the beginning of the year to play a game with her class during the party, so last night we decided we are going to play "Santa says" (like Simon says). So a few minutes later Kevin calls and she starts telling him about her party and says, "and when we play Santa Says, Mommy is going to be Santa, cause she's fat like him!"

Girl, my heart hurt leaving him even though he was with his daddy! We do feel good about the place he's staying while we're both at work though.....it's right across the street from Brandon's office and he can drop in and see him at any time. We'll ride in together and I'll have the car and be just a few minutes away! That helps us SO much and we'll have our drive time together too! Thankfully, being a teacher, I'll get lots of time off! It'll still be hard though!!
